Is it for you?
This course is designed for Specification Technologists and Technical Managers with responsibility for the creating and writing pack copies or specifications that generate artwork and labels. This course may also be beneficial for those responsible for approving labels and artwork. This course is ideal for food regulatory or compliance employees who have already attended a Basic Food Labelling course. The aim is to go back to basics and make this course as practical as possible so that delegates fully understand the legislation behind any artwork or label. The training facility in Northampton allows each delegate to have their own PC to enable them to practice calculating ingredients.
At the end of course:
The aim of the course is to give your employees the underpinning knowledge and practical skills they need to be able to accurately generate a food label including calculating an ingredients list including declaring allergens and QUID.
Previous knowledge needed?
It is recommended that delegates have attended a Basic Food Labelling course or have experience of completing food specifications and pack copies.
