Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA)
GAFTA is an association of international grain and feed trading companies. It has a range of contracts setting out the terms and conditions under which commodities such as feeding stuffs and grains are bought and sold.
Eurofins is an accredited GAFTA Approved Analyst
Eurofins Salamon & Seaber is an approved GAFTA analyst and as such we carry out the analysis of many thousands of officially drawn GAFTA contractual samples each year. These samples represent shipments of various commodities traded around the world, which are used in the manufacture of compound animal feeding stuffs.
The methods of analysis required by GAFTA contractual terms are set out in GAFTA Form 130. Eurofins Salamon & Seaber has UKAS No. 1378 accreditation for these methods.
