New | Expanded UK food dye testing now includes solid foods
Eurofins' accredited testing for water-soluble artificial colours now includes both liquid and solid food matrices. Previously limited to liquid samples such as soft drinks, this advanced testing method has been extended to cover a much broader range of food types including starchy and complex foods.

New | Milk protein allergen test by ELISA
We are pleased to announce that we have a new method for milk allergen testing at our UK laboratories. This new method uses a sensitive ELISA-based approach for the combined detection of both casein and beta-lactoglobulin, the two major milk proteins that are known allergens.

New | PCR allergen testing for Celery, Soya & Mustard
We have now launched new PCR allergen testing methods for the detection of celery, soya and mustard in food, swabs and rinse water samples. The PCR tests offer improved specificity and help to reduce cross-reactivity issues which can sometimes be seen with ELISA-based testing, especially in complex food matrices.
