Additional information for Christmas opening hours

Shelf-life testing
Please note that due to opening times over Christmas, it may not be possible to test all shelf life samples due on December 25th and 26th of December and 1st and 2nd of January. In all cases we will ensure these are tested within 24 hours of the due date. For more information please contact your local customer services team.

Testing with our Eurofins European laboratory partners
Please note that for work requiring subcontracted analysis with our European partners, the final despatch of samples from Wolverhampton to our EU and Worldwide partner laboratories will be Wednesday 18th December 2024 to ensure they reach the testing laboratory prior to holiday shutdown periods.
Samples registered and received after this date will be held in Wolverhampton for despatch in the new year and the due date will be manually adjusted to reflect this.

Testing with our Eurofins UK laboratory partners
Samples registered for testing at our UK partner laboratories will continue to be despatched up until the 23rd December 2024.
