Logistics Service Disruptions Possible
In light of the weather warnings associated with storm Éowyn, we would like to advise you that we may experience temporary disruptions to our logistics services over the coming days across the UK in addition to the temporary cessation of services within the Met Office's Red Weather Alert areas on Friday 24 January.
Areas affected included Northern Ireland, The central and southern belt of Scotland and northern England however we anticipate normal service to have resumed on Saturday 25 January.
Our team is taking all necessary precautions to minimise any potential impact on our operations while also prioritising the safety of our staff.
We are working diligently to minimise disruptions and safeguard the integrity of samples already in progress when the laboratories closed and will contact customers on a case-by-case basis should any issues arise.
