At Eurofins we are continuously looking for ways to improve so that we can deliver the best service and better meet the needs of our customers.
We are pleased to announce that thanks to a suite of operational improvements, Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK will now be offering a turnaround time (TAT) of 5 working days for all routine in-house chemistry testing as standard.
This change will be rolled out to all clients at no additional cost and there will be no impact on the quality of results (i.e Limit of detection, accreditation or any other technical details).
Subcontracted testing and Non-routine testing such as Biological Oxygen Demand and Deposits analysis are excluded from this announcement due to the nature of the testing.
