Please note our sample drop-offs will be closed over the Christmas period, however samples can be dropped off direct to our water laboratories up to 2PM except Christmas Eve which will be 12:00.

Key Dates for the Christmas Period

• Monday 16th December 2024 - Last day to submit samples requiring BOD analysis or subcontracted analysis such as Fats, Oil and Grease, TOC, Bromide, Sulphide, TPH (hydrocarbons), Sulphide, Cyanide, Pesticides, Total Nitrogen, Surfactants, Cryptosporidium, Algae etc.
• Friday 20th December 2024 – Last day for collection from drop-off points.
• Thursday 2nd January 2025 – Drop-offs in England & Wales reopen.
• Friday 3rd January 2025 - Drop-offs in Scotland reopen.
