Wider logistics service disruptions possible

In light of the current weather warnings associated with storm Éowyn, we would like to advise you that we may experience temporary disruptions to our logistics services over the coming days in addition to the service pause associated with the red weather alert referred to above.

We anticipate that normal service will be resumed on Saturday 25 January.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary precautions to minimise any potential impact on our operations while also prioritising the safety of our logistics staff. However, the weather may lead to unavoidable delays or disruptions.

Temporary laboratory closures

Due to the Met Office’s red weather alert for the central belt of Scotland and Northern Ireland, to ensure staff safety, the following laboratories were closed on Friday 24 January

We are working digligently to minimise disruptions and safeguard the integrity of samples already in progress and will contact clients on a case-by-case basis should any issues have arisen.
